Thanks for a wonderful review. We just ate there and I am convinced it has the most “mmm’s” per Euro in Paris. The lamb neck and chickpea dish is just amazing.

What a fantastically entertaining and informative review! It reminded me of the old style reviews one got in the late Gourmet magazine by Jay Jacobs. We’ll be in Paris just before Christmas and I am really tempted to go there, but we’re already booked into Spring for a dinner and did La Bourse in April. We have to give someone not named Daniel Rose a chance too, right But that blanquette is whispering to me.
