Just the tonic for a jaded palate. I quite agree with you regarding the tiresome machismo regarding the eating of offal and so forth – which, now I think of it, I am probably guilty of myself – but, that said, I can't BELIEVE you hadn't eaten pigs' feet before! Fruit bat, but not trotters… hmmm.
