I try The Frenchie two months ago. It was clearly awesome. Actually, I went with one of my friends who knows that we can eat a tasting menu. It's not written but you can ask for and they will serve you one appetizer, two starter, two main course, one piece of cheese and to finish two dessert for 60 euros. You can ask to have a food and wine matching too and I recommend to ask for that. Your dinner will be great, trust me even if it's kind of expensive (like 90euros for everything). They have great wines and they serve you one glass of wine for each plate, so you will drink 9 glasses of different wine during your dinner ! I even drink cider of ice...

If you like this king of "Bistrot", I recommend you to try "La Régalade" 49, avenue Jean Moulin in the 14th district. Moreover, if you speak french, I advise you to visit this website. There are great address of bistrot Paris otherwise, I advise you to check this website which has great address too of Restaurant in Paris.

HI Nancy, Sure, you could pop in here for a glass of wine on your way to dinner elsewhere, but one you see what's being served, I think you'll probably want to grab a seat and eat here, or at least have a nibble or two. Best, Alec

Excellent to read. I've been going to Frenchie since it first opened. Just curious, is the wine bar a place where one can stop by for a glass of wine prior to having dinner elsewhere.
