Lance, you’d have to ask Hugo, but I don’t think so. He’s supplied Le Severo and is good friends with the owner, but I think he’s always been busy in his own two shops.

Wow. Even for a vegetarian like me, sitting in India (I've lived in Paris before), I feel like visiting M.Desnoyer's new venture. You really make it sound delicious!
