Nice to hear that it has sustained its appeal. Also nice to see a restaurant like this succeeding in the 17th, near our old neighborhood. You've been very enthusiastic about the pluses of living in the 9th & 10th. In my view, Batignolles is similar: a nice mix of gentrified & not, old & new, shabby & chic, where the natives own the turf and tourists are few & manageable.
